Address Database Professional 1.0 is a software package for managing
names, addresses and mailing labels.  It sports a slick Windows 
interface that displays a summary of all names in the address book as
well as the detail for each name.  It allows you to enter names,
addresses, phone numbers and unlimited notes about each name in your
address book.  You can find names based on any criteria, maintain a
list of names you generally send holiday cards to, print mailing,
file-folder labels, and print many different reports on standard, 
Day-Timer, Day-Runner or any other sized paper.   Reports included
are phone lists, address books and custom reports.  Designing custom
reports are easily done with a click of a button.  You choose the
fields to print, up to 3 sort sequences and whether to print totals
at the end of the report.  

Address Database Professional allows you to name up to 10 fields per
file to suit your needs.  For example, you may need to track the 
email address, spouse, hobbies, and last time called for each 
business contact.  This can easily be done by naming 4 of the user-
defined fields "Email Address", "Spouse", "Hobbies" and "Last Call".
The possibilities are endless.

Address Database Professional is built on a relational database that
is quick and efficient.  It can handle your large business files with
no problem.  It has been stress tested with over 100,000 names in one
file.  It can be run stand-alone or on a network.   It can handle
multiple databases as to allow you to have a read-write database of
names and another database that has read-only access.  This is 
helpful for corporate clients that install the network version allowing
individuals to keep a local copy of names on their PC and the 
corporate names as read-only on the server.

System Requirements for Address Database Professional are an IBM 386
or higher compatible PC running Windows 3.x or higher, 5 Mb of hard
drive space, 1 Mb of memory and Windows notepad installed.
